jimjones - gauls - eager to join!
player: jimjones
village: stacey
rank: 1141
location: (-32|-71)
tribe: gauls
pop.: 258
I would love to be a member of your alliance. I am currently looking to leave the alliance I am in due to issues with leadership. Basically, I am a great team player and looking for an alliance full of others who share that quality. I am a the type of player who considers the alliance as a whole to be equally as important as my own village and am willing to pitch in every way I am needed to, be it through reinforcing with troops or helping with resources.

I'm curious as to what sort of issues you were having. I mean, every alliance has its quirks. I wouldn't want you to come and join us thinking that we're quirk-less. If you don't want to share, that's fine. I'm just wondering.

issues
well, it was basically an integrity issue. i loyally contributed by sending the leader resources for the embassy, and when he called for the village push, i sent for that as well. that was my first issue....the village push was supposed to change daily as far as what players were receiving the resources...oddly, he chose himself as the first recipient, then left himself to be the one being juiced for days. what bothered me about it was that he was alot farther away from his second village than some of our other members. my second issue was that he called for a recruiting contest, winner would recieve gold. i found a number of players to join and won the contest. he sent me a message promising the gold, but after over a week of correspondence i never saw anything, then when i called him out on it, he kicked me. i know that gold costs money, so it wouldnt be a big deal if he wasnt able to do it, but let me know.....by going the route he did, it shows lack of integrity and follow through, things which i feel are key in having a successful alliance.
if i am accepted into your alliance, i realize that there are going to be quirks as well, but i just want to be in an alliance that follows through and helps each other out, not one that is run by a leader that appears to be trying to pump his own self up rather than working toward helping the entire alliance. also, other members of that alliance have expressed the same concerns with me and a few have even mentioned wanting to leave if a good opportunity were to arise.
